Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Remote Team Lead to join our dynamic management team. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States. As a Remote Team Lead, you will be instrumental in guiding, motivating, and developing a team of customer service professionals. You will be responsible for ensuring your team meets performance targets, adheres to quality standards, and provides exceptional service to our clients’ customers. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage and inspire a remote workforce. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of remote customer service representatives to achieve individual and team performance goals.
  • Monitor team performance metrics, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure team adherence to company policies, procedures, and client service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Facilitate ongoing training and development sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and identify areas for improvement in customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other team leads and management to share best practices and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, productivity, and quality.
  • Foster a positive and supportive remote team culture.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • 1+ year of experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a remote team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • High-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home office space.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with performance management and coaching methodologies.
  • Familiarity with various customer support channels (chat, email, phone, social media).
  • Certifications in customer service excellence or leadership training.
