Job Description

Nando’s in Jesmond is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Fast Food Associates. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive, full training to ensure you’re confident and ready to excel from day one. If you’re passionate about great food, customer satisfaction, and eager to learn, this is the perfect role for you! We’re looking for individuals who can start immediately and become a vital part of our friendly crew.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Prepare and serve Nando's signature PERi-PERi chicken and sides to our high standards.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including cash and card payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and ensuring product availability.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service during peak hours.
- Follow all food safety and health regulations diligently.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Help with opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
Required Skills
